SALT weighs in on affirmative action in Fisher v. Texas

As the opening paragraphs of the brief note, central to SALT’s mission is its commitment to making the legal profession more inclusive and reflective of the great diversity of this nation. SALT understands that the most effective way to make collegiate, graduate and professional academic programs more representative of our nation’s diverse populations is to utilize holistic admissions processes which incorporate race-consciousness as one of many factors.
