TRAILS Digital Teaching Library of the ASA

Journal on teaching resources for Law & Society, Sociology of Law, Law & Social Theory

The TRAILS Digital Teaching Library of the American Sociological Association is seeking submissions of teaching resources for courses in Law and Society, the Sociology of Law, Law and Social Theory, and similar topics. We seek teaching materials for courses at all levels, from introductory undergraduate courses to advanced graduate courses in sociology, criminology, legal studies, and other allied fields. Submission of course syllabi, teaching exercises, bibliographies, lectures, assignments, and any other kind of teaching material or resource which you have created or adapted are welcome. Submitters will be asked to accompany their teaching materials with brief discussions of the learning goals, assessment, and usage of these materials. TRAILS submissions are peer reviewed by area editors and thus can be included on CVs as contributions to the scholarship of teaching and learning and to pedagogical development.

Materials may be submitted at http://trails.asanet.org/Pages/default.aspx; a small fee covers both the costs of submission and a subscription to TRAILS. Questions about TRAILS or the submission or subscription process can be direct to trails@asanet.org; the area editor for Law and Society is Mikaila Mariel Lemonik Arthur of Rhode Island College, who can be contacted at marthur@ric.edu.
